Camp Champion 2025-Friday: Campers Assemble!

Our final day of Camp Champion brought the week to a powerful close with the theme Campers Assemble!—a celebration of togetherness, growth, and all the super skills our campers practiced throughout the week. From sensory and leisure activities to movement challenges, campers joined forces to “defeat the bad guy” and close out our superhero storyline with teamwork, confidence, and joy. In our final scrapbooking session, memory books were completed—filled with moments that captured the heart of this unforgettable week. We also took a fun outing to Edible Arrangements for a tasty treat before returning to camp for the grand finale.

The end-of-camp celebration welcomed families, friends, and community members for an afternoon of connection and cheer, featuring Kona Ice and an incredible performance by the Jesse White Tumblers.

Camp Champion is a program of Joey’s House, a nonprofit dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for adolescents and young adults with disabilities. Our team of coaches, volunteers, and professionals works one-on-one with campers to create experiences that are personalized, meaningful, and growth-oriented.
