Capstone Academy

Capstone Academy is a year-round day program focused on continuing education in the western Chicago suburbs. Individuals ages 22+ are eligible for enrollment.

Please note: there are no “prerequisite skills” required to apply for this program. We welcome all applications, including those from individuals who require toileting support and/or may exhibit complex behaviors.

  • Capstone Academy empowers adults age 22 and over with significant support needs through individualized programming by providing academic enrichment and life skills development in a safe environment that honors dignity, choice, and belonging. 

  • We envision a world where adults age 22 and over who require high levels of support are valued and respected, have access to lifelong opportunities to learn and grow, and are welcomed into safe, affirming environments that recognize their limitless potential and right to belong.

  • All individuals have limitless potential and the inherent right to continue learning and growing beyond the age of 22.
